Terms And Conditions
The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of theses terms and conditions. Please read carefully and keep a printed copy for future reference.
To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statuary rights.
We the supplier have, the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you. ITS IS ONLY AFTER WE HAVE DISPATCHED THE GOODS TO YOU THAT WE HAVE A BINDING CONTRACT.
Description of goods
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of goods. Every effort is made to make images a good representation of the actual product but 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. If you buy goods which have no publish technical specifications, it is your responsibility to establish the suitability of the goods for your intended purpose.
Payment method
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We use secure payment method which is operated by Pay Pal, so details will be entirely safe. On the order you must provide us with your exact address as on the card and telephone number that your credit bank has on file for you. Your order will only be dispatched once authorization of your credit has been properly received.
Availability of goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our company policy to contact you if a product is out of stock, and if do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason. We cannot supply the product we will arrange for the order to be cancelled or you can order alternative product.
Delivery
All delivery addresses will copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional suppliment. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
Damaged in Transit - Time limitation of notification of claims
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and must be not later than 2 days.It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If suspect that there items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and notify us within 2 days.
Incorrect goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open manufactures packaging or use the items . It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non Deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated timescales. Expect when extenuating circumstances have prevented notification within the stated timescale.
Your right to cancel your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. You will be entitled to a refund after we have received your returned product. Returned goods must be in their original condition and be suitably packaged to prevent damage. Refunds will not apply to products in which seals have been broken. You will be responsible for cost of delivery and safe return of the goods. Goods received back in complete or damaged or used condition will returned to you and cost of re delivery charged to you account. We reserve the right to charge handing fee of 20% of the value of the product if it is not returned in a perfect condition and full work order.
Please note that we will not refund the carriage paid on the original order or the cost of returning the item to us. Refunds can take up to 10 days as we do not hold your credit and debit cards details.
